At TrailVault, we stand behind every product we sell. Every item in our store is sourced directly from authorized manufacturer channels, which means you get the full manufacturer warranty on every purchase — no gray market products, no voided warranties.

Manufacturer Warranties

Each brand we carry offers their own warranty coverage:

• EcoFlow: 5-year warranty on power stations and solar panels
• BLUETTI: 4-year warranty on power stations
• Jackery: 3-year warranty (5 years with product registration)
• Goal Zero: 2-year warranty
• Renogy: 1-year product warranty, 25-year power output warranty on solar panels
• Dometic: 3-year warranty

If you experience a warranty issue, contact us at joel@trailvault.co and we will handle the claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf. You will never be left navigating a warranty claim alone.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all products in original, unused condition with original packaging.

• Items must be uninstalled and in original packaging
• A return authorization must be requested before shipping anything back
• For defective items: TrailVault covers return shipping costs
• For non-defective returns: buyer covers return shipping costs
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

To start a return, email joel@trailvault.co with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately before opening further and email the photos to joel@trailvault.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a freight claim and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
