About TrailVault

TrailVault is an authorized online retailer of portable solar
power, off-grid energy systems, and overlanding gear. We're based
in Columbia, South Carolina and are a registered South Carolina
retail business (SC Retail License #122143304).

The store was founded by Joel Christofi, an AI solutions engineer
and outdoor enthusiast who got tired of buying high-ticket power
gear online without being able to ask a real human a real question
before spending $2,500.

Every product on TrailVault is sold through an authorized dealer
relationship with the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.
That means:
• Full manufacturer warranty on every unit
• Genuine products — never gray-market, never refurbished
• Real warranty and return support when something goes wrong

We're currently authorized dealers or authorized resellers for:
Renogy, Jackery, BLUETTI, Victron Energy (via CWR Distribution),
Blue Sea Systems, Dometic, Mastervolt, Xantrex, and Samlex.
