Free Shipping on Every Order
TrailVault offers free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). No minimum order required. No hidden fees at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days from order placement. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Large Item Freight Shipping
Power stations over 50 lbs (such as the EcoFlow Delta Pro and BLUETTI AC300) ship via freight carrier. For freight shipments:
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window
- Inspect the package before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Photograph any damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, email joel@trailvault.co.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International
At this time TrailVault ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.
