REFUND POLICY

TrailVault products are covered by full manufacturer warranties. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with the manufacturer to arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Because TrailVault operates as a dropship retailer, products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Return eligibility, conditions, and procedures are governed by the manufacturer's return policy for each brand. We will facilitate the return process on your behalf.

To initiate a return or report a damaged item, contact us at joel@trailvault.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the manufacturer confirms receipt and approval of the return. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
